We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Lead Architect to strengthen our overall team in the United States.  As a Lead Architect, you will provide advice, architecture and development expertise for enterprises utilizing SEEBURGER’s Business Integration Suite (BIS). This involves all aspects of the deployment life cycle, from qualification and opportunity assessment, solution design, implementation and migration. To present your primary focus on architecture while delivering integrations, mappings, processes and trading partner enablement services commonly requested by our customers.


Your Role

 

  • Consult on best practices in the design, and hands-on development, documentation, configuration, and testing of all solutions as an integration specialist
  • Work with customers to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Develop detailed system, program specifications and business processes to integrate various systems according to customer requirements
  • Act as the primary source of detailed technical information for RFP responses
  • Function as source of product development and enhancement suggestions for product management
  • Provide Contracting support (SOW/CRs) and estimations of effort
  • Assist Account Managers in developing and executing sales strategy for individual account opportunities

 


Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or 5 or more years equivalent experience
  • Work closely with the Lines of Business to understand the key business initiatives and provided the Technology Roadmaps, Product Roadmaps, and Strategy Documentation
  • At least 5 years working on middleware platforms required, for example: SEEBURGER BIS, Sterling GIS, Axway, TIBCO, Mulesoft, Apigee, WebMethods
  • EDI, MFT, B2B, API Management, SOA experience preferred
  • Managing a team of solution consultants involved in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale implementations and migrations
  • Proficiency working with Containers in a cloud computing platform
  • Willingness to Travel Up to 75%. Depending on role, typically 25-50%
  • Fluency in English is a must (basic skills in German are an advantage)

 


Your Skills

 

  • Enterprise Integration Architecture (External/Internal, Cloud, Business, Application)
  • Public Cloud Expertise (including Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Integration Formats and Architecture (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, SWIFT, ISO, NACHA, etc.)
  • Compliance and Regulation (Dodd-Frank, SOX)
  • Project management skills (and/or certification) including SDLC (RUP, SCRUM and Agile) are an advantage
  • Java experience preferred
