Your Responsibilities

 

  • Grow the region as important member of our North American leadership team
  • Coordinate North American Marketing team including BDR and Events Manager
  • Translate strategy into successful marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with Global Marketing Team members to deploy campaigns for the B2B market
  • Contribute to our SEM strategy and tactics by generating interesting content (with support from our writers and graphics teams) to inspire leads to action
  • Perform Market Research and coordinate with Sales Team USA
  • Develop new ideas for generating leads as input for our sales/lead funnel
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns that focus on helping leads go through the funnel
  • Utilize MarTec tools and CRM within touchpoint campaigns to help sales achieve their targets
  • Support BDR and events manager with marketing automation support
  • Interface function between our sales department and other internal stakeholders


Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master‘s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5 + years experience in digital Marketing in B2B fields ideally with IT background
  • You have strong conceptual skills and a good understanding of numbers with a critical view of marketing KPIs
  • You enjoy working with people from a variety of cultures and excel at intercultural communication
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and cross functional communication skills

  • Travel to Phoenix and Bretten, Germany required infrequently
