The position is based at our headquarters in Bretten. On-site attendance one day per week is required; beyond that, the work can be carried out flexibly from home.
Your challenge
- As an Agile Master, you lead two cross-functional, internationally distributed agile teams in software product development and develop them towards realizing the product vision and delivering top performance.
- You embody agile values and principles and guide your teams to collaborate based on them. In addition, you ensure close and effective collaboration with other teams. With your trusting, positive, and motivating approach, you enable your teams to act independently, be successful, and take ownership.
- In agile ceremonies as well as team meetings and workshops, you take on a key shared responsibility for the outcomes as an organizer and facilitator.
- You help the teams remove impediments. Furthermore, you act confidently and proactively in conflict management and ensure an environment of equality within the team.
- In the context of people management, you also take on disciplinary leadership responsibility for your team members together with the Product Owner.
- As part of the Agile Master community, you drive the agile transformation and organizational development within SEEBURGER’s development area and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or business/economic studies and have at least three years of experience as an Agile Master or Scrum Master working with one or more Scrum teams.
- You have several years of experience working in a software development environment and understand the typical challenges. You also have an interest in software craftsmanship.
- You are strong in communication, empathetic, and have a very structured and result-oriented way of working.
- Ideally, you also bring experience with various agile methods such as Kanban, agile scaling (LeSS, SAFe, Nexus, ...) as well as skills in mediation and personnel management.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (minimum C1).
