This is what you can expect and will learn during training

 
During the three years, you will work in several areas where you will gain commercial and technical experience: on the one hand, how to serve customers, create offers or present products. On the other hand, you will learn how to install computers, configure software, set up networks and solve the IT problems of your colleagues.

During your training, you can decide for yourself whether you would like to work more technically, commercially or with both focuses in the future. Job opportunities during and after the training include consulting, IT desktop service, IT infrastructure, support or sales.

What makes you stand out
 

  • You have a high school diploma, the advanced technical college entrance qualification or a good secondary school diploma

  • You have a certain affinity for IT, are interested in topics from the IT world and perhaps already have some experience with IT, e.g. through internships

  • You are willing to work hard and see yourself as a team player
