Your Future Tasks
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities in existing and new customer business.
- Identify new business opportunities by qualifying and prioritizing incoming leads from various marketing sources and activities
- Independently follow up on leads by conducting initial meetings via phone or video calls with existing or potential new customers
- You will be responsible for identifying decision makers for the Seeburger portfolio, setting up specific customer appointments for sales and actively building the sales funnel
- Working closely with the direct sales teams, recording all activities in the Seeburger CRM system and creating and independently executing sales campaigns
- Independently write, comment and share social media posts industry and customer specific to be an integral part of the "Digital Customer Journey"
Your Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable training
- You bring experience from the areas of tele-prospecting, call center, social media (Linkedin Sales Navigator), sales (outbound) or business development
- Ideally, you'll report back on successes, how you opened new doors and were able to build relationships at all levels of a company
- Experience in IT or software sales is an advantage
- Open and communicative demeanor
- Commitment, as well as fun to work in a great and motivated team
