Your tasks
In close cooperation with the Global Chief Compliance Officer / Global Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Design, implementation, maintenance and review of the global risk management system of the SEEBURGER Group
- Responsibility for third party risk management and supply chain compliance
- Identifying, analysing and monitoring operational risks at company and process level
- Setting up and ensuring appropriate risk management processes and risk assessments
- Monitoring and implementing legal and regulatory requirements and changes
- Compliance & risk reporting
- Taking on certain tasks in connection with the global compliance management system of the SEEBURGER Group
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business law, business administration, compliance, risk management or similar
- Initial professional experience in the area of governance, risk and compliance is an advantage
- Good communication skills with interpersonal skills
- A high degree of integrity, loyalty and resilience
- Structured, process- and solution-orientated way of working, sense of pragmatism
- Business fluent in German and English
