Your tasks

 

In close cooperation with the Global Chief Compliance Officer / Global Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance you will be responsible for the following tasks: 

  • Design, implementation, maintenance and review of the global risk management system of the SEEBURGER Group
  • Responsibility for third party risk management and supply chain compliance 
  • Identifying, analysing and monitoring operational risks at company and process level
  • Setting up and ensuring appropriate risk management processes and risk assessments
  • Monitoring and implementing legal and regulatory requirements and changes
  • Compliance & risk reporting 
  • Taking on certain tasks in connection with the global compliance management system of the SEEBURGER Group

 

 

Your profile

 

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business law, business administration, compliance, risk management or similar
  • Initial professional experience in the area of governance, risk and compliance is an advantage  
  • Good communication skills with interpersonal skills
  • A high degree of integrity, loyalty and resilience
  • Structured, process- and solution-orientated way of working, sense of pragmatism
  • Business fluent in German and English
