Your tasks

 

In close cooperation with the Global Chief Compliance Officer / Global Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance you will be responsible for the following tasks: 

  • Responsibility for the design, implementation, maintenance and review of the SEEBURGER Group's global sustainability management system
  • Central contact person for the topic of sustainability
  • Project manager for the implementation of sustainability reporting
  • Active involvement in strategic decisions relating to sustainability aspects 
  • Raising awareness of sustainability among employees and managers 
  • Assumption of certain tasks in connection with the global compliance management system of the SEEBURGER Group 

 

 

Your profile

 

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of sustainability, business administration, compliance, business law or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in the field of sustainability or GRC an advantage  
  • Good communication skills with interpersonal skills
  • A high degree of integrity, loyalty and resilience
  • Structured, process- and solution-orientated way of working, sense of pragmatism
  • Excellent command of German and English language
