Your Tasks
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and members of the executive team
- Provide services to assigned high-level and strategic clients
- Willingness to contribute beyond own role and take initiative to improve client experience and business results
- Clearly communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including organizing QBR's (quarterly business reviews)
- Maintain your customer contacts
- Increase acceptance of our software and services and promote collaboration with SEEBURGER and our customers
- Identify and follow up on business opportunities
- Position and sell SEEBURGER consulting services, including creating SOWs and being accountable for them
- Oversee the entire customer onboarding journey (from presales pipeline to support pipeline)
- Keep your customers informed of product/solution changes, new features, and new products related to their customer account
- Regularly report on the success and satisfaction of your customers. Collect customer feedback and share it internally
- Collaborate and share customer feedback with internal cross-functional colleagues to improve ongoing product development efforts
- Product development and positioning of SEEBURGER solutions and services
Knowledge and Skills
- A broad knowledge of integration and related technologies
- Comprehensive understanding of technical innovations and trends to solve customer business problems
- The ability to listen and ask the right questions
- Ability to get the customer excited about an idea and the ability to become the customer's trusted advisor
- Strong understanding of SEEBURGER's product/solution roadmaps.
- Convincing communication of the value of the solution in terms of financial return and impact on the client's business objectives
- Appropriate tailoring of communications to the various levels of client management
- Strong communication skills at all levels of an organization (middle management to C-level)
Perfect Match?
- At least 10 years of direct customer relationship and success management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration, middleware and/or related technologies
- Excellent senior level written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical and/or business projects/issues and action plans and inform key decision makers both internally and with customers and partners
- University degree and ITIL Foundations qualifications preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust, a customer focused mentality
- Excellent personal organization and creative problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience working with senior and executive level clients
- Experience working with different types of partners, such as system integrators, VARs, etc.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task
- Proven experience with MS Office/teams and operational tools
