Your Tasks
- Execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including dunning
- Posting of business transactions, bank and cash transactions, including preparation of payments
- Processing of fixed asset accounting
- Completion of statistical reports such as Intrastat, Bundesbank
- Processing of travel expense reports
- Preparatory work for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Important point of contact for internal and external addressees, such as tax consultants and auditors
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training and ideally subject-specific additional qualifications (e.g. accountant, tax clerk, tax specialist)
- Relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
- Friendly and convincing demeanor, team player
- Fluent in German and good written and spoken English
