 To strengthen this area (GRC) in a targeted manner, we are seeking an experienced, highly trusted individual to support the Global Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance / Global Chief Compliance Officer in day-to-day operations as well as in the organizational and structural development of the GRC function. 

 

Your responsibilities

 

Executive & Administrative Support:

 
  • Independent administrative and organizational support of the Global Head of GRC / Global Chief Compliance Officer
  • Structured preparation and follow-up of meetings, decisions, and action items
  • Coordination of topics, tasks, and deadlines in the direct working environment of the department head
  • Support in the organizational management and further development of the global GRC function with the departments: Legal, Security, Risk & Compliance Operations, and Sustainability
  • Independent coordination and monitoring of projects and strategic initiatives within the GRC function 

 

Presentations & Reporting:

 

  • Independent conceptual and content-related development of presentations, decision papers, and structured reports to support the Global Head of GRC
  • Preparation of documents for presentations and reporting to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board
  • Ensuring a consistent, structured, and high-quality presentation of complex GRC matters 

 

Internal Communication & Knowledge Management:

 
  • Responsibility for internal communication of the GRC function within the group
  • Preparation, coordination, and maintenance of GRC-related topics, information, and content for internal target groups
  • Functional responsibility for the GRC intranet page (content, structure, clarity, and up-to-dateness)
  • Support in ensuring a consistent, coherent, and professional presence of the GRC function within the organization
  • Interface function with internal specialist departments and central functions 

 

Your Profile:

 

Professional competencies:

 
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable supporting role at department, executive, or top management level
  • Strong experience in creating high-quality presentations and structured reporting
  • Proven ability to independently coordinate and monitor projects
  • Strong capability to present complex topics in a clear, structured, and audience-appropriate manner
  • Highly proficient in the use of standard office tools, in particular PowerPoint

  • Highest level of trustworthiness, integrity, and absolute discretion – mandatory requirement
  • Very high degree of independence, reliability, and organizational strength
  • Structured, forward-looking way of working with strong prioritization skills
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to act responsibly, professionally, and loyally in the direct environment of the department head

 

Education & qualifications:

 

  • Completed university degree or comparable qualification
  • What is decisive is qualification, relevant professional experience, and personal suitability – not a specific field of study
  • German at native level, English business fluent in spoken and written form
  • 2 days on-site in Bretten, usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays, otherwise remote work
