Your Tasks
- Preparation of personnel management evaluations, statistics and regular reports
- Preparation of personnel position/cost planning incl. monitoring
- Maintenance and further development of reporting and controlling instruments (HR key figures), as well as their interpretation and analysis
- Taking over relevant projects for HR controlling
- Central contact person for the key users of the HR applications and interface to IT
- Administration, customizing, department support and further development of SuccessFactors modules (with focus on SF EC) incl. interfaces as well as recording and (re)design of business processes incl. documentation
- Monitoring of data quality in HR applications, especially validation and correction of master data in SAP SuccessFactors
- Implementation of special IT topics (release upgrades, role concept changes, etc.) as well as further development and ongoing documentation of the HR IT landscape of the HR department
Your Profile
- Completed business studies with a focus on controlling/accounting or comparable training
- At least 3-5 years of business administration/finance background
- Experience in HR controlling / personnel cost planning
- Very good Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Understanding and experience in working with databases
- German and English business fluent
