Your Tasks

 

  • Responsible for first and second level support
  • Accept, categorize and process support requests
  • Manage user and access rights and administration of Windows-based systems
  • Responsible for administration in mobile device management, preparation and rollout of desktop PCs and notebooks
  • Hardware and software rollouts and the ability to support other projects
  • Order and inventory management of hardware and mobile devices
  • Responsible for license management and installation of tools and applications
  • Manage server systems for internal projects and be responsible for their administration
  • Participate in IT projects and support our internal teams

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • You have work experience in IT helpdesk
  • You are familiar with the MS product range and its administration
  • With your team- and service-oriented way of working you effectively take care of your task area and the users
  • Above-average interest in PC and desktop technologies as well as an affinity for digitalization
  • Fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel on business from time to time
