”Accelerating business to improve the lives of people”. This is our purpose statement and encapsulates what we enthusiastically do every day. We integrate our customers’ IT systems to make sure that the right data is at the right place at the right time when they digitalize their processes. Companies need their systems to talk to each other to ensure that cars roll off the factory line, that everyone receives their payments on time, and that you can buy what you need from a supermarket.

Our success story began in 1986, when we helped the German automotive industry to digitalize their paper-based supply chains. Today, SEEBURGER is a leading global B2B software provider with more than 1,000 #businessaccelerators in 15 countries worldwide and over 10,000 satisfied customers that rely on our innovative solutions.

Our IT department is a central component of SEEBURGER's business success and is responsible for the secure, efficient, and future-oriented operation of IT systems. The department consists of several teams: IT Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Desktop Service, and IT Operations.

IT Management is responsible for the strategic direction of IT, consists of IT Project Management and IT Service Management, and serves as a link to the business units. IT Infrastructure manages networks, servers, and cloud platforms. IT Desktop Service supports end users and their workplace systems and applications. IT Operations ensures the stable 24/7 operation of all productive systems.

The main locations of the department are Bretten (Germany) and Sofia (Bulgaria), supported by teams in the USA, India, and other national subsidiaries.

This international structure enables high service quality, quick response times, and stable IT services for the entire company.

As an IT System Administrator, you will work as part of a 7-member team to support first- and second-level support, manage Windows clients, user permissions, and mobile devices, carry out hardware and software rollouts, and support internal IT projects. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 is desirable.
