Your Tasks

 

  • As a SEEBURGER expert, you advise our customers on the best approach to integration challenges and the most effective use of our platform
  • You analyze individual customer requirements and create concepts for customized solutions
  • You implement complex technical solutions based on the SEEBURGER product portfolio
  • You accompany our customers during the smooth start-up with solution-specific documentation, customer-specific training and as a technical contact person for questions and problems
  • Typically, you will work in a mixed team consisting of customer employees and SEEBURGER experts, either remotely or on-site at the customer's premises
  • Depending on your personal experience, you will take responsibility for individual sub-projects or the entire customer relationship
  • Through your feedback to our product management you will actively contribute to the further development of our products

 


Your Profile

 

  • You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • You enjoy complex challenges, have a strong analytical mindset and prefer to work independently and on your own responsibility
  • Experience in the design and implementation of IT solutions, especially in the integration environment (B2B/MFT/API) make you interesting for us
  • You have sound general IT know-how (operating systems, databases, networks, security, ...)
  • You ideally have several years of experience in working with an integration platform (SEEBURGER, Axway, SAP PI/PO, Tibco, IBM, Cleo, Software AG, etc.)
  • Part of your daily work are for example message formats like EDIFACT, VDA, Odette, ANSI X12, XML and SAP-IDoc, communication protocols like EDIINT AS2, X.400 / P7, FTP/S, HTTP/S, SFTP, Mail and ERP interfaces of e.g. SAP, Oracle, ProALPHA, ABAS or Navision
  • Experience with cloud services and deployments (AWS, Azure, GDC) is desirable
  • Experience in one or more programming languages is advantageous
