Your tasks

 

  • Advising and supporting the corporate groups in all legal matters, in particular in the areas of contract law, data protection, IT law and trade mark law
  • Centralised management of contract templates
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating national and international contracts 
  • Development and maintenance of a global contract management system 
  • Monitoring current case law and legislative procedures 
  • Commissioning and coordinating external lawyers, especially internationally 
  • Promoting legal awareness and organising training courses on legal issues for specialist departments and managers

 

 

Your profile

 

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business law (Bachelor of Law, Master of Law) or a law degree
  • First professional experience in the legal field (e.g. contract law, data protection, compliance) are advantageous  
  • Good communication skills with a high degree of social competence
  • Digital competence and a good technical understanding
  • Structured, process- and solution-orientated way of working, sense of pragmatism
  • Business fluent in German and English
