Application Management Services (AMS) complement the technical integration services of SEEBURGER AG by providing holistic, service‑oriented support. Customers who have booked AMS benefit from the stable operation of their technical integration services, fast incident resolution, smooth implementation of changes, and proactive prevention of issues throughout the service lifecycle. By combining platform operations, customer support, and integration services with AI‑powered analytics and automation, AMS ensure a reliable and highly available operation, enabling customers to focus on their core business.
The Organizational Lead (O) is responsible for the operational setup, governance, and scalability of an agile organization (“Value Stream Organization”) and leads it together with a Business Lead (B) and a Technology Lead (T). Together, the three BOT roles act as strategic decision makers within the framework of the SEEBURGER corporate strategy.
In this setup, the three roles jointly ensure that more than 200 employees operate as one integrated unit— guided by the strategic and commercial direction set by the Business Lead, and by the technical quality and architectural compliance ensured by the Technology Lead.
The Role
The Organizational Lead (O) is accountable for operational excellence, scalability, governance, and people leadership within the global AMS Value Stream. The role designs and continuously evolves the organizational and operational foundation for scalable, predictable, and agile service delivery, establishing an agile operating model that enables effective coordination, transparency and outcome‑oriented steering.
The Organizational Lead holds formal leadership responsibility for multiple People Leads, including performance management, people development, and leadership alignment.
In close collaboration with the Business Lead and the Technology Lead, the Organizational Lead translates strategic goals and priorities into a resilient operating model. This includes ensuring that teams, processes, and governance structures support stable operations, smooth implementation of changes, and continuous improvement across the full AMS service lifecycle.

- Operational Governance & Organizational Steering
- Translate business strategy and priorities into a stable, compliant operating model for AMS
- Design and evolve organizational structures, roles, processes, and governance frameworks
- Ensure transparency, consistency, and reliable execution across teams
- Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Operationalize value-driven priorities through standardized, efficient delivery processes
- Identify structural inefficiencies and drive continuous operational improvement
- Enable a scalable, future ready operating model, including AI-supported approaches
- Internal Synchronization & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Ensure seamless alignment and execution across functions
- Enable effective collaboration with Strategy Board, Consulting, Product Management, Sales, and Operations
- Facilitate governance, decision making, and synchronization formats to support business priorities
- Organizational Development & Change Management
- Lead organizational change initiatives required to support AMS growth and evolution
- Anchor SEEBURGER’s culture, collaboration principles, and leadership mindset in daily operations
- Support teams and leaders through scaling, transformation, and structural change
- People Enablement & Leadership Frameworks
- Establish leadership frameworks, role clarity, and team enablement structures
- Ensure transparent responsibilities, interfaces, and career paths across the Value Stream
- Partner with HR to build and sustain a unified, global AMS operating model
Your Profile
You are an analytical, structured and people-oriented organizational leader with a deep understanding of modern service organizations. You bring:
- Experience in organizational development, process management or service delivery structures, ideally in an international environment
- Strong analytical and structural thinking to recognize systemic issues and translate them into clear, sustainable improvements
- Governance & compliance expertise, especially in process-driven organizations
- Hands-on experience in workshop facilitation, moderation and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all functionals and levels
- Ability to translate complex organizational needs into clear, efficient, and scalable processes experience in agile operating models, including OKR‑based steering and cross‑team planning synchronisation
