We are currently looking for a part-time (60%) payroll accountant (all genders) at our head office in Bretten.
Your tasks
- Preparation of monthly payslips (approx. 650 per month for two clients)
- Reporting and certification
- Contact person for employees, social insurance providers and authorities on payroll tax and social security issues
- Advising managers on all payroll-related issues
- Management of personnel files
- Preparation of analyses and statistics
- Reconciliation of accounts
Your profile
Requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Professional experience in payroll accounting
- Profund expertise in payroll tax, social security and labour law
- Sound knowledge of a payroll accounting programme, ideally with Paisy
- Proficient in the use of the MS Office package
