School Internship - Insight into various occupational profiles

Support:

 

  • Introduction to Customer Service & Support
  • First steps with SEEBURGER software - Business Integration Server
  • Working with an IT Service Management Tool
  • Reporting based on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

 

 

IT Desktop Service:

 

  • Getting to know the 4 IT areas. Desktop Service, Infrastructure, Service Management and Cloud
  • Hardware structure and configuration - interaction of hardware components
  • Introduction to the internal hardware lifecycle. From new procurement to scrapping/disposal.
  • Insight into the daily life of an IT desktop employee. Recognizing and solving IT problems


Of course, we also offer internships within the framework of BOGY and BORS. Since the number of places are only available in a limited number here, however, we ask that you apply early application as soon as the date is fixed.
