In order to realign our UX strategy, we are strengthening our UI/UX team and you have the chance to accompany SEEBURGER in this step towards a user-centric future. With your ideas, experiences, impulses and innovations you can actively shape our products and our company as part of the UI/UX team.

 


Your Tasks
 

  • You develop easy-to-use and understandable solutions for complex product requirements and design SEEBURGER products holistically and user-centric
  • You are responsible for research, planning, conception, further development and documentation of the SEEBURGER design system
  • You lead and moderate workshops and trainings in the context of user experience and confidently present to stakeholders
  • You work closely with software developers and product owners, among others
  • You support the development of a user-friendly UX hub and the advancement of UX methodologies in the company

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • You have a successfully completed degree, ideally with a focus on interface/interaction design, human computer interaction, media informatics, digital media, psychology or a related field
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in designing enterprise products
  • You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative design solutions
  • You are comfortable using common design, prototyping, and collaboration tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro
  • You have an excellent understanding of basic design principles and human interaction principles
  • You have a strong user and goal orientation, strong teamwork skills, and strong communication and presentation skills
  • You have very good analytical skills and a self-reliant way of working
  • You are open-minded, creative, empathetic, well organized and have the ability to solve problems proactively
  • You have good language skills in English and German
