Your Tasks
 

  • Operation and monitoring of central IT systems of the SEEBURGER Cloud
  • Collaboration in the implementation and go-live of new cloud services
  • Incident Management 1st, 2nd Level of the Cloud Services (German and English)
  • Problem Management (categorization of error classes, documentation of error classes and known solution options; error cause analysis and creation of solutions for future error prevention)
  • Service Improvement of supported services to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Creation of work instructions, operating concepts and user guides

 

 
Your Profile

 

  • Completed training in IT, IT systems management or industrial management with IT affinity or comparable training

  • Professional experience in application / customer support or service management

  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, ability to work in a team, as well as resilience and customer-oriented action

  • Enjoy working with people and the diverse tasks of IT

  • Strong communication skills and good knowledge of German and English for international communication with colleagues and customers complete your profile.
