Your Tasks
- Operation and monitoring of central IT systems of the SEEBURGER Cloud
- Collaboration in the implementation and go-live of new cloud services
- Incident Management 1st, 2nd Level of the Cloud Services (German and English)
- Problem Management (categorization of error classes, documentation of error classes and known solution options; error cause analysis and creation of solutions for future error prevention)
- Service Improvement of supported services to improve service quality and efficiency
- Creation of work instructions, operating concepts and user guides
Your Profile

Completed training in IT, IT systems management or industrial management with IT affinity or comparable training

Professional experience in application / customer support or service management

Enthusiasm, flexibility, ability to work in a team, as well as resilience and customer-oriented action

Enjoy working with people and the diverse tasks of IT

Strong communication skills and good knowledge of German and English for international communication with colleagues and customers complete your profile.
