Responsibilities
• Develop new business in new accounts (mainly logistics & automotive accounts)
• Work closely with local sales management to align go ¬to market activities in specific industries and territories
• Work with cross-¬functional teams to drive success for SEEBURGER strategic company initiatives
• Ability to make a notable impact within your first year at SEEBURGER, focusing on building a strong pipeline relationships that ultimately result in driving significant revenue
• To ensure understanding of SEEBURGER culture, offering, tools and processes
• Able to work from home some days of the week and collaborate with business colleagues in a virtual way
• Occasionally travel to customers HQ, local events & SEEBURGER HQ events
Qualifications
• Fluency in Spanish and English required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the following areas: Business Development, Direct/Channel Sales in automotive and logistics sector
• Experience cold-calling, prospecting into Target Accounts (Hunter profile)
• Strategic thinker who is able to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling plans in new customers
• Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships including senior level executives, legal, finance, support, sales, and marketing experts
• Demonstrated ability to build significant revenue stream through direct sales in the indicated sectors
• Experience in enterprise sales required. Mandatory in B2B/EDI solutions and Cloud solutions. Experience in selling API solutions would be a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively present to all levels of management
• Bachelor's degree or other significant business experience
