Responsibilities
- Develop new business in new accounts as promoting the company’s solutions/Cloud services and Consulting services
- Conduct market research to identify new clients needs & trends
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and Key Accounts to discuss and qualify their requirements and matching to added values of SEEBURGER
- Work closely with local Sales Management to align “go to market” activities in specific industries and territories
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive success for SEEBURGER strategic company initiatives
- Ability to make a notable impact within your first year at SEEBURGER, focusing on building a strong pipeline relationships that ultimately result in driving significant revenue
- Ensure understanding of SEEBURGER culture, offering, tools and processes
- Collaborate with business colleagues in a virtual way (Consultant, Presales, Marketing, Cloud operations, Support…)
- Monitor and regularly report on personal sales prospection and activity
- Occasionally travel to customers HQ, local events & SEEBURGER HQ events
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the following areas: Business Development, Direct/Channel Sales in various industry sector
- Experience in Cold-Calling and prospecting into Target Accounts (Hunter profile)
- Strategic thinker who is able to blend technology and business strategy, to develop account plans at his new customers
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships including Senior level Executives: business owners, legal, procurement, finance, support, sales
- Demonstrated ability to build significant revenue stream through direct sales
- Experience in Enterprise Solutions sales required. Mandatory in B2B/EDI solutions and Cloud solutions. Experience in selling API solutions would be a plus
- Experience to work in an entrepreneurial environment of a subsidiary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively present to all levels of management
- Bachelor's degree or other significant business experience
