THE ASSIGNMENT:
As a part of the company HR team based in Sofia, take part in various recruitment and HR admin activities in a highly competitive IT/Tech market:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding process for assigned searches across different verticals in the company
  • Actively collaborate on HR marketing and employer/employee branding activities
  • Build effective professional networks and talent pipelines; attend career/employer branding events, tech conferences/ meetups

Temporary tasks until March 2023:

  • Handle incoming & outgoing employee and office documentation
  • Manage internal & external correspondence - employee queries, contacts with suppliers, etc.
  • Monitor office processes to secure smooth day-to-day operations, including dealing with Property Management
  • 1-year fixed contract, 4-hour work day/20 hours per week


THE PERFECT MATCH:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR and/or Administration
  • The role is mom-friendly :) and we consider it to be a good opportunity for a professional to re-enter the market smoothly
  • Experienced with MS Office and preferably acquainted with some HR tools or applications
  • A responsible and engaged individual with a high sense of efficiency
  • Independent and confident person with the ability to pick up quickly
  • Team player with good organizational and people skills
  • Effective communicator proficient in Bulgarian and English as working languages
