THE ASSIGNMENT
You will join SEEBURGER’s REC team as the Junior HR presence in Plovdiv,
working in full collaboration with:
• Senior HR Professional in Plovdiv
• REC Lead in Sofia
• HR Admin Team in Sofia
• Office Admin Team in Sofia
You don’t work alone - you coordinate locally.
You start junior - but learn senior mindset from day one.
Core Focus – Talent acquisition
Your first step: Build the pipeline.
Your next step: Understand how real HR decisions are made.
Your scope supports both Plovdiv AND Sofia recruitment efforts:
• Prescreening & first interviews
• Planning & scheduling interviews across teams
• Working in HR System
• Coordinating candidate feedback & communication
• Participating in career fairs & employer branding events
• Supporting onboarding & mid-/exit interview scheduling
• Shadowing senior HR colleague on interviewing & Onboarding
Coordinative Function – HR Admin
Also Coordinative – Office Admin
MOBILITY & TEAM FLOW
• Plovdiv office presence minimum 3 days per week
• Travel to Sofia: ~2× per month
• REC tasks for both cities - Plovdiv & Sofia
THE PERFECT MATCH

• Have 1–3 years in Recruitment/ HR support / Office coordination
• Are curious, structured & people-oriented
• Communicate confidently in Bulgarian & English
• Prefer team collaboration over solo execution
• Want to enter HR properly - systems, tools & decisions
