The Position

 

SEEBURGER is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and methodical Business Development Representative who is well organized, manages time well, has a go-getter mentality and who will ‘grind’ to achieve business goals. You will be part of an Americas sales hunting team, and will begin the lead generation process focusing on a mix of warm and new prospects.  Your successful efforts will ultimately set the lead generation sales teams up for success. You will be responsible for inbound/outbound demand creation, targeting new prospects, qualifying them and increasing awareness of SEEBURGERS platform and services within new prospective accounts.

 

As the SEEBURGER Business Development Representative, you will generate and pass-on qualified sales meetings to the North America Sales person.   
 

This role will be based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is a Hybrid position, with requirements of going into our Scottsdale office 2-3 times per week.

 

 

Job responsibilities

 

  • From warm and new prospect lists, research target markets, competitors, specific organizations to identify potential companies that may have interest in SEEBURGER products and services.
  • Create compelling messaging for various stakeholders in the form of phone call scripts and email and social media messages.
  • Use various communication methods to generate leads via cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify the initially contacted stakeholder(s) to determine the level of need, interest and potential fit
  • Present our company’s value proposition to potential clients
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and New Business Sales person
  • Consistently meet lead generation activity metrics.  
  • Report to the New sales hunting Team Leader on a weekly/monthly/quarterly bases.

 

 

Job requirements

 

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar lead generation role
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • At least two years of professional experience
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role

  • Nice to have Knowledge of business processes, integration technology and organizational structures is
  • Hands-on experience with multiple lead generation sales techniques (e.g. including cold calls and addressing objections).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. MicroSoft Dynamics)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent and consistent performance reporting
