Agile Master / Scrum Master

Are you experienced in working in a software development environment and understand the typical challenges? Do you also have an interest in software craftsmanship?
As part of our Agile Master community, you will drive the agile transformation and organizational development within SEEBURGER’s development area and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead two cross-functional, internationally distributed agile teams in software product development and develop them towards realizing the product vision and delivering top performance.
THE BLUEPRINT:
• Embody agile values and principles and guide your teams to collaborate based on them
• Ensure close and effective collaboration with other teams
• Enable your teams to act independently, be successful, and take ownership through a trusting, positive, and motivating approach
• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies, team meetings, and workshops while sharing responsibility for outcomes
• Help teams remove impediments
• Act confidently and proactively in conflict management and foster an environment of equality within the team
• Take on disciplinary leadership responsibility for team members together with the Product Owner
YOU:
• At least 3 years of experience as an Agile Master or Scrum Master working with Scrum teams
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Solid experience in a software development environment and understanding of typical challenges
• Interest in software craftsmanship
• Strong communication skills, empathetic mindset, and a structured, result-oriented way of working
• Experience with agile methods such as Kanban and scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS, SAFe, Nexus)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Skills in mediation and personnel management are a plus
