  • Providing first level support for customer and system incidents
  • Operating & monitoring SEEBURGER Cloud Services; acing technical and business oriented issue analysis
  • Fulfilling standard change requests
  • Following-up on and updating customer status information
  • Identifying and suggesting possible improvements on procedures to increase quality and efficiency


  • An enthusiastic individual who enjoys team collaboration and task diversity
  • A quick and analytical thinker with sharp client focus and:
  • Basic technical knowledge in Server Operating Systems, Networking, Data Transfer Communication Protocols, Databases, Scripting or Coding, etc. +
  • Very good level of English
