Our CHANGE MANAGEMENT team provides cross-border consultancy in new process set-ups and change management for SEEBURGER customers and their solutions.


  • Collaborate on Business Partner Integration projects in an international consulting environment
  • Advise customers and create concepts for the implementation and application of customized data integration solutions
  • Develop your expertise in EDI standards and work with:
  • ERP interfaces (SAP, Oracle, ProALPHA, ABAS, Navision)
  • message formats (EDIFACT, VDA, ODETTE, ANSI X12, XML and SAP-IDOC)
  • communication protocols (EDIINT AS2, X.400 / P7, FTP/S, HTTP/S, SFTP, Mail)
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures to increase quality and efficiency


  • A quick learner and problem solver with ace advisory capacity
  • A tech savvy & autonomous professional with highly developed sense of urgency and:
  • Basic technical knowledge in Server Operating Systems, Networking, Communication Protocols, Databases
  • Very good level of English

  • Basic Knowledge of EDI standards
  • Basic knowledge in Java or other OOP language
  • Basic project management skills
  • Good level of German
