Our CLOUD REQUEST FULFILLMENT team is responsible for central Gateway servers and master data, providing support to SEEBURGER Managed Customers and their partners.
THE BLUEPRINT:

Interface with company's customers and their trading partners via phone, email and SEEBURGER Service Desk, providing high quality technical service

Advise customers/consultants and create concepts for implementation

Create concepts for implementation for new Cloud services
-
Responsible for resolving complex issues and integrations within the Central Gateway Services in corresponding SLA`s
-
Operate & monitor changes on SEEBURGER Gateway Cloud Services and provide technical or business orientated issue analysis

Perform customer and partner integrations to ensure smooth and efficient platform usage; highlight foreseen risks and suggest improvements as needed

Participate in Major Incident handling

Support Problem Management team with root cause analysis related to implementation/change issues

Work closely with Cloud Service Operations, Problem Management, Release Management, Change Management and International Consulting
YOU:
-
2+ years of experience in Technical Support
-
Knowledge in Networking, Communication Protocols, Certificates, Operating Systems
-
Excellent troubleshooting skills
-
Knowledge in Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and communication protocols such as AS2, HTTPS, etc. would be considered an advantage
-
Quick learner with strong problem solving and analytical skills
-
Ability to work under pressure, adhere to deadlines and multitask
-
Fast thinker, open minded, flexible and proactive
-
Very good level of English
