  • Steer the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles in the Shared Services vertical (Technical Support, Consulting, IT Infrastructure, Cloud Service Management, Release Management, etc.)
  • Develop strong management rapport; work closely with business units to sync hiring needs and leverage talent sourcing, interviewing, assessment and offer negotiations
  • Codesign and implement recruiting strategy; monitor and apply recruiting trends and best practices
  • Set-up and follow through with search & selection tactics - scout talent market opportunities, manage multichannel search campaigns, develop effective social media networks and talent pools, trace elusive talent, activate internal/external referrer networks, foster university relations, attend career events, tech conferences and meet-ups
  • Take ownership of candidate experience 
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data/ HR metrics
  • Report directly to the Recruitment Lead




  • 2 years of experience in managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process (gained either in an agency or in-house)
  • Hands on experience with various sourcing techniques, selection processes and recruitment platforms
  • Fluent in English
  • A self-starter with strong advisory, communication & organizational skills
  • Encouraging and supportive professional with demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships built on trust
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
