  • Be a part of a newly formed global Tech Writers’ team, share knowledge, collaborate and expand your personal expert profile. We look forward to receiving applications with different levels of seniority
  • Actively collaborate with and gather data from Development, Product Management, Sales and other stakeholders
  • Research, untangle and capture in-house product science
  • Edit and restructure already existing documentation (code, product, API, architecture, release notes)
  • @Senior Technical Writers: Build online technical documentation targeted for both technical and non-technical audience (user stories, product-walkthrough documents etc.)
  • Streamline and elevate our global tech content strategy; devise our intelligence approach



  • Experience in topic-based content authoring for Software-Solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong technical skills would be indispensable (ideally some programming/application development experience)
  • Self-starter and a natural collaborator. An analytical thinker with an itch for simplifying the complex and a clear-cut writing style 
  • Customer orientation and a sharp focus on quality would complete the perfect profile
