THE BLUEPRINT:

  • Provide first-level support for customer and system incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
  • Work as part of One ServiceDesk, ensuring teamwork and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams for best customer experience
  • Operate & monitor SEEBURGER Cloud Services, performing both technical and business-oriented issue analysis
  • Fulfill standard change requests
  • Keep customers informed and engaged by providing clear updates on their inquiries and issues
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures to increase quality and efficiency

 

YOU:

  • An enthusiastic individual who enjoys team collaboration and task diversity
  • A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A quick learner and analytical thinker with basic knowledge in:
    • Windows Server and Linux administration
    • Networking & Data Transfer Communication Protocols
    • Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres)
    • Scripting or Coding
  • Experience with SEEBURGER Software is a plus
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
