THE BLUEPRINT:
- Provide first-level support for customer and system incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Work as part of One ServiceDesk, ensuring teamwork and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams for best customer experience
- Operate & monitor SEEBURGER Cloud Services, performing both technical and business-oriented issue analysis
- Fulfill standard change requests
- Keep customers informed and engaged by providing clear updates on their inquiries and issues
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures to increase quality and efficiency
YOU:
- An enthusiastic individual who enjoys team collaboration and task diversity
- A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A quick learner and analytical thinker with basic knowledge in:
- Windows Server and Linux administration
- Networking & Data Transfer Communication Protocols
- Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres)
- Scripting or Coding
- Experience with SEEBURGER Software is a plus
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus
- Knowledge of German is a plus
