THE ENTERPRISE:

We at SEEBURGER are seeking for a Sales Lead to drive growth and expand our integration portfolio in the CEE region. You will focus on promoting SEEBURGER’s Business Integration Suite (BIS) solutions, which include B2B/EDI, EAI, MFT, API Integration and Management, across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Your main verticals would be Automotive and Logistics.  There, we are targeting the top 50 companies in every country.

YOUR STARSHIP PLAN:

  • Sales Growth & Strategy: Drive the expansion of SEEBURGER's portfolio within your territory, collaborating with International Sales Management to execute strategic sales plans. Ensure client success while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships through outreach methods such as meetings, calls, emails, social media, research, and industry events. The clients you will engage are top 50 companies and international corporations with subsidiaries in your country. You will build up a long-term relationship with each customer and ensure customer loyalty and retention.
  • Product Knowledge & Sales Support: Gain in-depth knowledge of SEEBURGER’s products and services to position the company as the best choice for integration solutions. Work closely with Sales Management and Presales to craft tailored presentations, proposals, and messaging to address specific client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Understand the customer’s needs, pains, problems and develop a solution together with him. You will talk strategy to C-level and decision makers, but also technically to the IT team to reach every level of the target customer and understand each level’s motivation, situation and decision criteria. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring the successful negotiation of software, subscription licenses, and cloud service contracts with both current and new customers.
  • Account Management: Strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Expand existing accounts through strategic account management and discovery initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
  • Industry Representation: Represent SEEBURGER’s integration solutions in key verticals such as automotive and logistics, including B2B/EDI, MFT, API Integration, iPaaS, and Cloud. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success through strategies, pricing, and technical support.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Use CRM tools to provide accurate and timely forecasts, updates, and market feedback to Presales, Marketing, and Services teams. Ensure alignment with company policies and sales processes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Present and pitch SEEBURGER’s IT solutions at customer sites, providing expert guidance on digital transformation and business process optimization. Maintain contacts in CRM to recognize sales opportunities and fully exploit market potential.
  • Territory Development: Identify target customers, establish contact with decision-makers, and build lasting relationships. Contribute to expanding SEEBURGER’s sales within the automotive and logistics sectors, systematically developing your designated sales area.

 

YOUR SPECIAL POWERS:

Professional Qualifications:

  • Strong industry knowledge and sales experience in the verticals automotive and logistics
  • Proven experience in B2B software sales, especially in areas like EDI, API management, integration, and cloud solutions
  • Expertise in lead generation, solution selling, prospecting, qualifying, negotiation, and upselling
  • Strong understanding of IT architectures, ERP systems, and API technologies
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and solution selling for large and enterprise customers
  • Advanced technical knowledge in integration, B2B, API, SaaS, and the ability to collaborate effectively with pre-sales specialists

Industry Verticals:

  • Automotive, Logistics and Transportation

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (business level)
  • Proficiency in local languages (Bulgarian, Romanian, or other Balkan languages)
  • German language skills are a plus but not essential

Soft Skills & Market Understanding:

  • Quick learner and problem solver with a strong client advisory capacity
  • Analytical, disciplined, and autonomous professional with a self-motivated "hunter" mentality for new business
  • In-depth understanding of cultural and business practices in the CEE region
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with IT decision-makers and C-level executives

Location & Way of Working:

  • Ideally based locally in Sofia/Plovdiv or with strong contacts in the region.
  • Willingness to travel within the CEE region (approximately 30-40% travel based on business needs).
  • Experience in remote selling and digital sales strategies is highly desirable.
