Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join our US Service Delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with deep integration expertise, strong customer‑facing skills, and a passion for delivering high‑quality enterprise solutions.
About the Role
As a Solution Architect, you will design, implement, and support complex integration solutions using SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite and other leading technologies. You will collaborate with enterprise customers, guide internal teams, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, high‑quality integration architectures.
This position requires up to 50% domestic travel.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead design and implementation of robust, scalable enterprise integration solutions.
- Apply deep expertise in MFT, B2B, EAI, and API Management integration patterns.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications and design documentation.
- Guide teams on integration component creation and reuse.
- Ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, JSON, ISO 20022).
Customer Engagement & Delivery
- Partner with customers to translate business requirements into effective integration solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
- Travel domestically to meet client and project needs (up to 50%).
Technical Expertise
- Experience with SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite (preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Sterling GIS, Boomi, Axway, MuleSoft, and other MFT/B2B/API tools.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and relevant certifications (preferred).
- Required experience with containerized deployments: Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm.
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with global and cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions.
- Proficiency in Java or another object‑oriented programming language.
- Proven experience with SEEBURGER BIS (preferred).
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, messaging standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Location
- Preferably located in Arizona (US-wide applicants considered).
