The Position

We are searching for a dynamic and strategic Sales Account Executive to drive growth and close high-value deals. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence across the Nordics and offers significant influence in shaping the regional sales strategy. 
 

Location: Ideally based in Stockholm, Sweden, reporting to the Northern European Head of Sales. 

This position requires an experienced sales professional who thrives in complex, long-cycle sales processes and excels at negotiating with C-level executives, product owners, and business leaders. You will have the unique opportunity to influence and develop the market while working collaboratively within a growing and entrepreneurial team environment. 
 

 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new named accounts and expand existing business relationships. 
  • Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to build trust and drive high-value negotiations. 
  • Navigate long sales cycles (3-12 months) with a solution-oriented sales approach, ensuring a focus on value-driven discussions. 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including presales, business development, and technical teams, to structure compelling solutions. 
  • Lead complex sales processes, including contract negotiations and procurement discussions. 
  • Establish SEEBURGER as a trusted partner by understanding customer pain points and aligning our integration solutions to their strategic needs. 
  • Communicate the value of SEEBURGER’s B2B/EDI, API integration, MFT, and cloud-based solutions, ensuring clients understand how these technologies address their business challenges. 
  • Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and lead generation. 

 

 

Your Profile 

  • Several years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within software, cloud solutions, or business integration services. 
  • Proven track record in closing large, complex enterprise deals and working with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, with the ability to drive deals through extended sales cycles.
  • Ability to balance a hunter mentality with the patience required for strategic, long-term sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and shaping a growing team, market and organisation. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial. 
  • Understanding of business integration technologies such as B2B/EDI, API management, cloud integration, and managed file transfer (MFT) is a plus. 
  • Experience selling to industries such as Automotive, retail, logistics, finance, and manufacturing is a plus.
