● Design and adapt integration architectures tailored to customer requirements.
● Work closely with customers to analyze existing processes, identify improvements, and advise on the optimal integration strategy.
● Support technical workshops, onboarding sessions, and customer training initiatives.
● Contribute in pre-sales efforts when needed by offering technical insights and validating integration use cases.
● Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and become a trusted technical advisor.
Your Profile
● 5+ years of experience in IT integration or related consulting roles.
● Hands-on experience in at least one or more of the following: B2B integration, MFT, EAI, or API management.
● Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including Windows/Linux environments, databases, and application servers.
● Strong communication skills and an ability to understand and articulate customer needs.
● Ability to drive smaller integration projects independently, and contribute to larger project teams.
● A developer mindset – comfortable reading code and understanding how systems interact, though this is not a coding-heavy role.
● Fluent in Swedish and English.
Nice to Have
● Experience with integration platforms like Mulesoft, Axway, IBM, Dell Boomi, or SAP PI/PO.
● Familiarity with messaging standards like EDIFACT, XML, JSON, SWIFT, etc.
● Skills in Java, scripting languages, Docker, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
● Previous work with industries such as automotive, logistics, retail, manufacturing, or finance.
Why Join SEEBURGER?
● Be part of a growing, global company with strong local presence in Sweden.
● Work hands-on with industry-leading integration technology.
● Join a tight-knit and experienced team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support are core values.
● Enjoy a hybrid work setup – we encourage in-office collaboration (typically 3 days per week in Stockholm or Gothenburg), with flexibility depending on project needs.
● Influence the digital journeys of leading companies while building your own technical and strategic expertise.
