Deine Aufgaben

 

  • Als SEEBURGER Experte berätst Du unsere Kunden hinsichtlich der besten Herangehensweise an Integrationsherausforderungen und des effektivsten Einsatzes unserer Plattform
  • Du analysierst die individuellen Kundenanforderungen und erstellst Konzepte für maßgeschneiderte Lösungen
  • Du implementierst komplexe technische Lösungen auf Basis des SEEBURGER Produktportfolios
  • Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei der reibungslosen Inbetriebnahme mit lösungsspezifischer Dokumentation, kundenindividuellen Schulungen und als technischer Ansprechpartner bei Fragen und Problemen
  • Typischerweise arbeitest Du in einem gemischten Team bestehend aus Mitarbeitern des Kunden und Experten von SEEBURGER, remote oder beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Je nach persönlicher Erfahrung übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für einzelne Teilprojekte oder die gesamte Kundenbeziehung
  • Durch Dein Feedback an unser Produkt Management arbeitest Du aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte mit

 

Dein Profil

 

  • Du hast einen Abschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast Freude an komplexen Herausforderungen, verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes, analytisches Denkvermögen und bevorzugst eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von IT-Lösungen, insbesondere im Integrationsumfeld (B2B/MFT/API) machen Dich für uns interessant
  • Du hast fundiertes allgemeines IT Know How (Betriebssysteme, Datenbanken, Netzwerke, Security, …)
  • Du hast idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit einer Integrationsplattform (SEEBURGER, Axway, SAP PI/PO, Tibco, IBM, Cleo, Software AG, etc.) gesammelt
  • Teil Deiner täglichen Arbeit sind beispielsweise Nachrichtenformate wie EDIFACT, VDA, Odette, ANSI X12, XML und SAP-IDoc, Kommunikationsprotokolle wie EDIINT AS2, X.400 / P7, FTP/S, HTTP/S, SFTP, Mail und ERP-Schnittstellen von u.a. SAP, Oracle, ProALPHA, ABAS oder Navision
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit Cloud Services und Deployments (AWS, Azure, GDC)
  • Erfahrungen in einer oder mehreren Programmiersprachen sind vorteilhaft
