Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid: 1 day/week in the office, otherwise remote)
Travel: Quarterly business travel to Germany (several days)

THE BLUEPRINT:
This role provides structured administrative and operational support to the Global Head of GRC and ensures efficient execution across global governance, risk, and compliance activities.
YOUR AREAS OF IMPACT
- Provide administrative and operational support across global GRC initiatives, helping ensure their smooth and effective execution.
- Support management system activities, including Process Management and Business Continuity Management (BCM), through documentation, standardization, continuous improvement, operational updates, testing, and cross-functional coordination across Compliance, Risk, Information Security, and AI Governance.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize structured documentation, reports, and management records.
- Keep global GRC activities on track by monitoring tasks, deadlines, and follow-up actions across multiple topics.
- Maintain and structure information within relevant tools and systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support the development and rollout of templates, playbooks, and standardized workflows that improve efficiency and enable scalable ways of working.
YOU
- Around 10 years of professional experience, ideally in administrative or operational support within structured environments such as Compliance, Risk, or Management Systems.
- A highly structured, process-oriented way of working with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex topics and multiple priorities with reliability and attention to detail.
- Strong IT affinity and confidence working with digital tools, business applications, and collaboration platforms.
- A proactive, dependable mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with international stakeholders.
- Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools is considered a strong advantage.
